Accepting organizational and individual clients interested in living with joy and making the difference they intended to. Special interest in helping health care professionals in prevention and recovery of burnout.
Coaching health care professionals to flourish. The focus of Heart of Well-Being is on preventing or moving from Burnout to Well-Being. Renewing your enthusiasm and increasing the impact you have at work, home and beyond through guiding you on a journey to your best self. The Vital Signs of Well-Being program is the basis for much of what I do. It is available as a 60 – 90 minutes presentation, a 6 session class and is integrated into coaching.

Well Being has come to be a more comprehensive way of looking at the state of our lives.  Vital Signs in health care provide a quick look at vital aspects of a person’s health from a medical perspective.  I developed Vital Signs of Well Being tm to provide an opportunity for you to look at key aspects of your life. Temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure, T, P, R, B/P, medical vital signs have been reformulated to mean Take In, Put forth, Relate Positively and Being Present. Each of these areas of your life can integrate the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, all of which contribute to your vitality, flourishing and well being.

I love being part of and guiding others to live their revitalized lives. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained by the renowned Coaches Training Institute. I come to coaching with a Master’s degree in Nursing with over 25 year of experience as a nurse. Integration of mind, body and spirit is part of what occurs on your journey to well being.

Learning and integrating new knowledge to benefit my clients increases my excitement and joy in life.  Currently, I am participating in a Certificate program in Positive Psychology.
