Certified Executive Coach and Organizational Assessment & Development Expert Accelerating Leadership Development and Adaptive Change
Individual differences spark creativity and impact the way we interact both in and out of work. That spark is central to my work building individual, team and organizational capabilities. I am well regarded for accelerating leader development at all levels and inspiring conscious engagement, performance, and change at work through assessment, coaching, advising, mentoring, consulting, speaking, facilitation, and training.
My goal is to inspire learning, drive performance, and create opportunities for sustainable change. When people embrace their unique strengths, recognize blind spots, take action toward navigating gaps and developmental transitions, they become purposeful, inspiring leaders and communicators who make a positive impact on their personal and professional communities. They are able to contribute in a new way. There is a global impact on business results, work processes, team relationships, and organizational performance. Ultimately a culture of engaged corporate citizenship emerges and innovation drives results.
My background includes industrial organizational psychology, group process, facilitation, strategic planning, cross-functional team development, management, behavioral assessment & 360 feedback, advising, coaching at all levels (individual contributor, first-level leader/manager, mid-level leader/manager, executive or senior-level leaders, peer to peer/leader as coach), consulting, training, research, and instructional design. I employ a robust evidence-based approach to evaluating, designing, implementing, and delivering client solutions to meet assessment, development, coaching, training and educational needs.
Staying current in my field of study, I earn and maintain certifications and engage in continuing education that guides my work in evaluating and developing individuals and teams. I have served on the board of directors as a past president of the Connecticut Chapter of the global International Coach Federation (ICF-CT) and the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Committee of the Connecticut Psychological Association. I earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Industrial Organizational Psychology and a Human Resources certificate from Fairfield University, coach certification through the Institute of Professional Coaching (iPEC), and the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Mentor Coach, and Peer Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally, I am certified to administer and interpret the leading behavioral assessments (and 360 feedback tools) providing insight into individual, team, and organizational behavior.
In my time outside of Individual Differences, I am a beekeeper, Certified Master Gardener and Master Composter and an advocate for local agriculture. I also proudly support military veterans, their families and care givers providing pro-bono coaching and resilience training. My husband and I reside in Fairfield County, Connecticut raising “Ma” and her fellow Guinea fowl and a gaggle of American Buff geese.
