Over the past few years, research indicates that Team Coaching is quickly securing a seat as one of the most sought-after organizational development interventions. In addition, more coaches realize there is a need to go beyond Leader Coaching to make a meaningful and sustainable impact. Work is being performed in the construct of teams, and the team’s ability to succeed is crucial to the business, and to each person’s day-to-day positive experience of work. There are numerous methods for team coaching, however this session will focus on two: eiworld.org’s Team Emotional Intelligence and Wiley’s The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. If you have ever been curious about adding Team Coaching to your toolkit join us to hear more about what it entails! In this informative and interactive session, participants will:

  • be able to clearly distinguish between team-building, team facilitation and team coaching, and understand the key skills needed to successfully conduct team coaching
  • explore two Team Coaching Methodologies with client cases, outcomes, and guidelines for implementation
  • hear other Team Coaching Tips and how they can take action to explore further
  • have an opportunity for Q/A
