Coaching leaders within an organizational setting is exciting, stimulating work.  Every leader has different challenges, and they are operating within complex, dynamic systems with ever-increasing demands.  Emerging and experienced leaders alike need outside perspectives, a chance to reflect, and someone to support and challenge them in making purposeful and effective choices.

Whether you have coached many leaders or are considering entering this niche, join this interactive webinar to hear an experienced executive coach share her approach, philosophy and critical success levers in coaching emerging leaders, generally, and high potential women, specifically.

The program will include a discussion about a challenging, real-life case study, as a way to explore strategies and apply learning.

As a participant, you will learn:

  • A proven process for coaching leaders
  • What it takes to succeed as an executive coach
  • How to work with leaders to evoke lasting change
  • How to deal with tough clients
  • What’s different when coaching women leaders
  • The nuances of coaching within an organizational setting
