But ICF-credentialed coaches are professionals who have met stringent education and experience requirements and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. Additionally, coaches adhere to strict ethical guidelines as part of ICF’s mission to protect and serve coaching consumers. Angie Holleran, ICF Global Regional Development Manager (NE, SE, Caribbean): Angie is the Regional Development Manager for the NALAC team that is a part of the ICF Professional Coaches Family. She joined ICF in September 2010 where she was a member of the Credentialing team as a Credentialing Coordinator. She has extensive experience with the Credentialing process, including renewals and PCC markers. She rose within the department to be the Assessor Manager. In April 2021, Angie became the Regional Development Manager and supports the Northeast and Southeast Regions of North America.
