Teresa Pool will highlight the eight ICF abilities that comprise the Embodies a Coaching Mindset competency. This new competency reminds us of what we already know: we must transform ourselves first.
This session is intended to provide a foundational understanding of the Mindset competency and highlight the importance of focusing and developing the Who of the coach.

This interactive session will provide an exploration of the flaws and assets of the human brain and the coaching approach that will support the uncomfortable but necessary work of interrupting racist structures and systems.
Pro Tip: Everyone’s brain is also incredibly changeable and able to build diverse and supportive relationships. This session explores the neuroscience of bias and puts our plasticity into practice using Master Certified Coach Hayden’s Straight A’s of Transformation.
