The mission of the DEI committee of ICF-CT is to create opportunities to further the humanity in each of us, thereby creating a ripple effect that reverberates through all our institutions and communities. We will be a resource for all coaches and offer a place for all of us to learn in a validating, non-judgmental space. We know that DEI is a large and complex topic, and we are committed to growing, changing, and listening to include the many ideas and beliefs of our members.
We recognize that this is a complex, multi-faceted topic and everyone is on their own journey toward knowledge, awareness, activity, and advocacy. So, we have gathered a list of resources to help us all where we feel called to learn more.
