The holidays can be emotionally charged for so many. As ICF-CT coaches, we see it as an opportunity to open our hearts to those in need by offering support with pro-bono coaching. 

Just one session can make a real difference in someone’s ability to navigate holiday stress. That’s why ICF-CT is encouraging all chapter members to participate in “The Gift of Coaching,” by offering one or more individual pro-bono sessions to the community between November 15 and December 15.  How many you offer is up to you, we only ask that each client receive a full session (45-60 minutes). 

Here’s how it works:

First, be sure you’ve completed your chapter profile. Click here to check your current profile (be sure you’re logged in on the site as a member).

Then, register for “The Gift of Coaching” by clicking here, and filling in the chart:

• Your name
• Coaching specialty/niche 
• 1-2 sentences about your services/approach
• Your contact or scheduling information (direct link to your email, Calendly, etc.)
• A link to an optional short video introduction of yourself if you have one

Please register by October 31. We will begin promoting “The Gift of Coaching” to the public on November 1.

The chart will be open to the public so interested people can select the coach that best fits their needs, and reach out to the coach directly.

As our way of saying thanks, the ICF-CT Marketing Committee will help promote your generous offer by providing:

• Social media posts to add to your own pages
• Copy for you to use/modify on your website and/or email communication
• Paid advertising for the offer to drive participation
• Chapter promotion on social media to multiple audiences
