Join us to reflect, connect, and reinvigorate! This workshop will start with a panel facilitated by Coach and ICF-CT Program Chair Lori Candela. In breakout room discussions, we will share, learn, and inspire. We promise an engaging and interactive workshop featuring ICF-CT Coaches Matt Cross, Steve Porcaro, and Stephanie Tishler.  

Together we will:
• Reflect = Take stock of what we learned from our clients and our coaching in 2020

• Connect = Engage with other coaches to share, support, and learn from our own ICF-CT community

• Reinvigorate = Plan new growth strategies for our chapter, our coaching practice and our clients in 2021
