In wanting ICF-CT to be
a part of the change that we all so desperately need and desire to see
in our world, we have formed a DEI committee. After much deliberation,
and consistent with
ICF Global’s Diversity and Inclusion stance,
the committee crafted the following mission statement:
Our mission as the DEI committee of ICF-CT is to create
opportunities to further the humanity in each of us, thereby
creating a ripple effect that reverberates through all our
institutions and communities. We will be a resource for all coaches
and offer a place for all of us to learn in a validating,
non-judgmental space. We know that DEI is a large and complex topic,
and we are committed to growing, changing, and listening to include
the many ideas and beliefs of our members.
We recognize that this is a complex, multi-faceted topic and everyone
is on their own journey toward knowledge, awareness, activity, and
advocacy. So, we have gathered a list of resources to help us all
where we feel called to learn more.

help all of us on our individual and collective journeys. There are a
lot of different ways you can engage in this information. Some areas

"Do more than
belong: participate. Do more than care: help. Do more than believe:
practice." ~ William Arthur Ward
