This event is open to and is free for all ICF Connecticut members. It is held as a Zoom conference where you can sign in on-line or call in. See the bottom of the post for more information.

Virtual Coaching Circle: Coaching Launchpad

Facilitators for the first few months will be ICF CT Past Presidents Dina Markind, PCC and Monica Leggett, PCC.
They are both graduates from CTI (Coaches Training Institute) and are Certified Mentor Coaches as well.

Coaching Launchpad is a small group of ICF-CT members who will focus on real-time challenges, questions and opportunities that arise for newer coaches.

Benefits:

· Growing your coaching business and skills
· Learning about ICF credential process
· Building a supportive community

For: ICF-CT members with less than 3 years’ experience as a coach.

When: The group will meet virtually beginning Feb. 10, on the second Wednesday of the month from 11- 11:50 am on Zoom.

Registration Required: A link to the free Launchpad session will be sent via email after registration.

Please join us as we get to know one another, discuss topics of interest, and inspire each other to achieve meaningful goals.

Possible discussion topics include:

• The ICF Core Competencies
• Challenges in coaching
• Having a coaching mindset
• Case discussion and active problem-solving
