Rob DiNinni, Principal and CEO of Stage Coach Improv, will be joining us from 6:30pm – 7:30pm and engaging us in a fun and interactive session, Applied Improv for Coaching Collaboration.

Rob, our coach and “facilitator of fun,” will create a psychologically safe space to play, with approachable improve to observe and experience.  He will run those who participate through improv scenes and storytelling exercises, followed by a reflective debrief to unpack key learning through “experiential learning while laughing.”

He is looking forward to facilitating an improv session in which coaches have an opportunity to:

  • cultivate emotional intelligence through collaboration and storytelling
  • feel the power of play and improvisation
  • connect more deeply by building trust, feeling empathy, revealing vulnerability, and understanding the power of intentions
  • engage with others in ways that will foster stronger relationships
  • build effective networks by sharing ideas and best practices
"You can discover more about a person in an hour
of play than in a year of conversation."
