Roll up your sleeves! This program will immerse you in an arts-based experiential learning activity AND introduce you to the concepts, research and impact of arts-based experiential learning as a coaching methodology.
Get ready to be introduced to the theory and science behind Arts-Based Experiential Learning (ABEL) as a bridge into engaging participants directly in arts-based experiences. Join us while we examine an actual leadership development use case as a way to demonstrate the what, how and outcomes of selective coaching relationships. Participants will also learn about a breakthrough assessment instrument that directly and objectively measures the impact of Arts-Based Experiential Learning on the four foundational skills of innovation: Readiness to Learn, Cognitive Agility, Collaboration and Activating Innovation.
During this session, you will
- Gain an understanding of the theory and science behind Arts-Based Experiential Learning
- Come away with practical examples of arts-based experiential exercises immediately implementable by participants
- Learn about research based data which demonstrates the impact of ABEL on individuals and teams
- Receive an introduction to a breakthrough method for measuring impact of coaching and training on clients.
