The ICF core competencies were developed as a standard of excellence in the coaching profession. This group will examine up to two competencies and consider real-time applications, then break into smaller groups to provide peer-to-peer support of coaching challenges, and then reconnect as a whole to share tips, tools, and resources.

*Beginning in ‘22, ICF will require all coaches advancing to PCC or MCC to take the revised Coach Knowledge Assessment exam (CKA).
