Board Retreat and Insights |
Much of what we learn from our coaching clients is hidden in the details and requires deliberate ‘noticing.’ This is what made Manor House Inn in Norfolk, CT the absolute best setting for the 2023 ICF-CT Board retreat in mid-August. From the top of the intricate woodwork and stained glass windows to the very last extraordinary bite of the Executive Chef’s St. Germaine Strawberry Shortcake, Manor House Inn’s attention to detail served as the perfect inspiration for the Board to envision the upcoming year.

Proprietor, Coach and ICF-CT member Rachel Roth and her husband, have thoughtfully restored every suite and room into their own unique treasure box, providing ample creative space for the Board’s 24-hours of brainstorming, meals, breakout groups and private reflection.
ICF-CT President Stephanie Tishler, CPC, PCC, led the Board through discussions and activities, all designed to surface the values and ideas that align with the needs of our members. Stay tuned for more from the Board and how we’ll support your member and coaching journey!
