Join ICF-CT for an engaging and interactive program, focusing on skills that lead to transformational coaching; a strong alliance with our clients, powerful questions, actively listening, and the tools to evoke awareness and shift our clients into high gear. How do you shift your clients from Doubtful to Decisive? Come prepared to share your best stories of transformational coaching. Monica Leggett, PCC is a past ICF-CT President, certified mentor coach, and author of Doubtful to Decisive: Eight Steps to Get Unstuck and Take Action.
In this engaging and interactive program, we will focus on steps that take our clients beyond the transactional toward the transformational. It's a shift from solving problems to becoming their Best Selves; redefining their thoughts, behaviors, and worldviews. This applies to teams as well as individuals.
During this workshop, attendees will learn to:
- Design a deep alliance with your clients
- Explore ways to shift perspectives
- Ask powerful questions and use tools and techniques that address what is going on at the deeper level to evoke awareness
- Lock in life-changing shifts
What has helped your clients go from Doubtful to Decisive? Come prepared to share your most powerful questions and best stories of transformational coaching, perhaps your own!
