Elevate your coaching to the highest level by gaining a mastery of the ICF core competencies
In these facilitated discussions, participants will consider the meaning, purpose and application of one competency through the lens of real-life coaching scenarios. Participants will then break into smaller groups to consider how the competencies can apply to their own coaching challenges.
FOR: All ICF Chapter members. Ideal for coaches considering becoming credentialed (ACC/PCC/MCC).

DETAILS
The ICF core competencies lend a standard of excellence in the coaching profession. Each month, participants will examine one competency and how it can be applied to real-life coaching challenges.
Each meeting will include:
- A guided discussion of a core competency
- An examination of real-life coaching scenarios through the lens the competencies
- Breakout rooms to explore how to apply the competencies to individual coaching challenges
- Review and integrate the learning
