Dear fellow coaches,
Our 2023-24 programming year has come to an end, and what a year it’s been! Last June we welcomed a new board. We brainstormed and listened to the feedback of our members to create strategic priorities for the year and beyond:
- Member engagement
- Brand consistency
- Succession planning
- DEI
We worked together to bring you education, connection, and opportunities to give back. We are a stronger community for it.
This is what we achieved together in the 23-24 programming year:
- 14 Programs
- 16 Coach Cafes
- 8 Enrichment Classes
- 4 Local Socials
- 4 Triads formed
- 1 New Member Reception
- Gift of Coaching Opportunity
Our social media presence doubled on one platform and grew on others. Our entire board is returning to work in solidarity for the ICF-CT community.
It is because of all of this and YOU that we were recognized as a HIGH PERFORMING CHAPTER finalist among all global ICF chapters.

What better way to introduce yourself and your coaching business to our fellow members than through a “member spotlight” in our chapter newsletter? This is an opportunity to increase your visibility – we all know that referrals are a leading source for clients!
