Virtual Chapter Meeting, January 31 | Learn what it takes for successful group coaching
Group Coaching is gaining popularity, and yet there is little written about or researched about this coaching modality and what makes it successful and impactful versus 1:1 and team coaching.
In the session led by Ken Giglio, PCC, MCEC, Dip.CS and Erek Ostrowski, PhD, PCC of Mindful Leadership, we will explore what it takes for a coach to successfully run a coaching group including the setup, group management, coach skills/competencies, and strategies for mutual and vicarious learning. Participants will experience a presentation and practice sessions and earn a total of 2.0 CCEUs.
Meet your presenters and learn more in a short video here.
