Learn to help clients recognize and overcome burnout

Are your clients struggling with burnout, as if they’re still stuck in the relentless grind of the pandemic? The lingering effects of intense work habits and high expectations, coupled with fewer resources, have pushed stress beyond its breaking point – turning temporary pressures into chronic burnout.

In this engaging 90-minute session, Robyn Greenspan, MS, ACC will share the role of dopamine, the brain’s “happiness hormone,” and explore how chronic stress (or menopause or ADHD or any combination) depletes this critical chemical, leaving your clients feeling unmotivated, joyless, and stuck. Robyn is a certified life, motivational, and ADHD coach  and the author of Dopamine Hacks: How to Mind Shift and Mood Lift Your Way to Motivation.
