Coaching Individuals on the Autism Spectrum to Employment Success

Barbara Bissonnette, Principal of Forward Motion Coaching, will share her insights into guiding those on the spectrum to finding manageable employment. 


Participants will learn:
  • How autism impacts adults in the workplace
  • Communication, executive function and sensory processing challenges to be aware of
  • Strengths associated with those on the spectrum
  • Tips for assessing coaching readiness, building rapport and creating realistic action plans

This year for ICW, our chapter will Celebrate the value of coaching with our local and global colleagues; Commemorate 30 years of ICF; and Collaborate at networking and knowledge-building events throughout the week and across the state. The schedule of events is HERE and includes:
