Starting November 3, the credential renewal process will be faster and more straightforward, while maintaining the high standards that matter to you.

These updates are about removing unnecessary barriers, so you can spend more time coaching others to thrive. Highlights of the streamlined process include:

• You no longer need to upload documentation, such as certificates or letters of completion to verify your Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits when submitting your renewal application. However, if your application is selected for a random audit, you’ll be asked to provide that documentation so hold onto it.

•  Should your credential lapse, renewing is now more straightforward. Renew within 12 months after your credential expiration date and you won’t need to submit additional CCE hours — just a $100 USD late fee along with your standard renewal fee.
