Biography

Randy Chase has unique corporate, educational and military expertise driving organizational transformation and developing leadership talent. He has had extensive experience as a military line manager and a senior Learning and Development professional with UBS AG and People’s United Bank.

As a member of the UBS Leadership Institute he provided support to the firm’s top 600 global leaders; including leadership programs, cultural change initiatives, consulting and coaching. From 2009 until 2012, Randy had global responsibility for Executive Coaching and Managing Director development programs.

In 2012, Randy launched Chase Performance Group, LLC to focus on Developing Leaders to Change Their World. He has conducted Coaching and Leadership Development Consulting for a variety of Corporate and Non-Profit Organizations from individual Coaching Clients to Consulting and Coaching individuals within large global organizations.

In addition to his working with Corporate and Non-Profit organizations, Randy has a thriving private individual coaching practice. Additionally, he provides Pro Bono coaching for several Non-Profit organizations that focus on coaching veterans transitioning from the military to civilian careers.
