Ann Canfield is a seasoned coach with over two decades of experience helping employees be their best and fostering growth in various company environments. Armed with a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy and being a Positive Neuroplasticity Trainer, she brings a blend of positivity and practical wisdom to her coaching practice. Certified as a Life Coach, Ann is dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to unlock their full potential in the workplace.
Throughout her career, Ann has worked across diverse industries and extends her expertise extends to guiding young adults through career transitions, skill development, and personal growth. She has also played a pivotal role in the State of Connecticut's apprenticeship program within manufacturing, mentoring aspiring professionals in the manufacturing sector. Additionally, Ann has enriched the educational landscape as an instructor at Northwestern Community College, where she has designed and delivered dynamic courses on interviewing skills, public speaking, and confidence building strategies.
An active participant in professional communities, Ann is a proud member of Toastmasters and Women in Manufacturing. Committed to giving back, she lends her expertise to Parent to Parent USA, contributing to the development of supportive networks for families.
