Biography
Caroline Kowalczyk is a Life, Leadership, and Executive Coach who empowers leaders to bridge the gap between authentic expression and professional success. Drawing from her experiences living in nine countries and a career spanning non-profits, Wall Street sales, and global leadership, Caroline blends strategic insight with deep empathy to create transformative coaching spaces, both individually and in group settings. As a neurodivergent coach, she brings a unique understanding of the challenges and strengths of neurodivergent professionals, supporting them to thrive in environments that honor their authentic selves.
Caroline partners with a diverse range of emerging leaders and executives, including neurodivergent professionals, women in tech and finance, LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC, and others from historically excluded backgrounds. She helps them work through imposter syndrome, reclaim their energy, and design lifestyles that align with their unique identities, values, and ways of being.
Based between Connecticut and Buenos Aires, Caroline offers both in-person and remote coaching to clients worldwide. She helps clients reclaim their energy, lean into their strengths, and work smarter, not harder, so they can lead with confidence, take bold action, and feel more alive.
