Every year we join our fellow coaches worldwide for International Coaching Week! It’s a week when we recognize the impact of professional coaching and the lasting change coaching can create. Each ICF chapter creates its own events for ICW, and coaches are invited to participate virtually in many events across the globe.

OUR CHAPTER’S ICW EVENTS

This year our chapter’s theme for ICW is: Celebrate, Commemorate, Collaborate.  We will Celebrate the value of coaching with our local and global colleagues; Commemorate 30 years of ICF; and Collaborate at networking and knowledge-building events throughout the week and across the state. 

More details will be shared with you shortly, but activities/events will include:

• An in-person “Assessment Share” event on May 13th, where you can learn about various assessments used by coaches and determine which may be useful for your practice. Register Here

• Local socials around the state to encourage networking, friendship-forming and best-practice-sharing in a venue near you! The list of events is posted here. Check back for updates as we add socials. 
  

Join ICF’s “Coast to Coast” Pro Bono Coaching Challenge

Several ICF chapters have joined together to lead this initiative to promote coaching across the U.S. Join the Launch Event if you can, or register here.

This challenge invites coaches to offer at least 3 hours of pro bono coaching by May 18. The coaching may be individual, team, group, mentor coaching, or coaching supervision. Individual coaches from any chapter or anywhere in the world are invited to participate – making this a true coast to coast effort! 

We invite you to be creative in finding your pro bono clients in order to amplify the positive impact of coaching.

Once you register, you’ll be provided (by ICF-LA) with a graphic and sample social media post to help you promote your pro bono coaching.
