Elevate your coaching to the highest level by gaining a mastery of the ICF core competencies

In these facilitated discussions, participants will examine two sub-competencies, considering their meaning, purpose and application using real-life coaching challenges. Participants will then divide into smaller groups to consider how the competencies can be applied to their own coaching challenges.

FOR:  All ICF Chapter members. Ideal for coaches considering becoming credentialed (ACC/PCC/MCC).

DETAILS
The ICF core competencies lend a standard of excellence in the coaching profession. Each month, participants will examine two competencies and consider applications using real-life coaching challenges.

Each meeting will include:
  • A guided discussion of two sub-competencies
  • An examination of real-life coaching scenarios through the lens the competencies
  • Breakout rooms to explore how to apply the competencies to individual coaching challenges
  • Review and integrate the learning
