Bio

Sebastian Little is a Leadership + Performance Coach who operates his own coaching and consulting practice. He partners with high-performing leaders and teams to optimize culture, close performance gaps, and unlock leadership potential and has worked with clients across professional sports (NHL, MLB, NBA, etc), non-profit, and corporate spaces.

His coaching approach consists of a mix of ontology, positive psychology, and mental performance.  He is also the founder of Authentic Business Mapping, a business development program designed for coaches and solopreneurs, focusing on authenticity, alignment, and sustainable business growth. 

To date, he's helped over 100 coaches clarify their business strategy to increase their income, make a greater impact, build more time freedom, and create a "HELL-YES!" relationship with their clients and their business.
