Dear ICF-CT Member,

We hope your new year is off to a good start and we look forward to connecting with you in 2022.

ICF-CT is beginning to plan for our upcoming program year, which begins in July. The Nomination Process for 2022-2023 Board of Directors is now open and we invite you to be part of the process. Please suggest chapter members, including yourself, who might be interested in joining the board to help us establish and meet our goals.

The following positions are currently open:

• President-Elect (previous ICF-CT board experience is required)
• Treasurer 
• Technology Chair
• In-Person Meeting Management

The current board members in these roles are available to speak with if you’d like to learn about the position. They are also available to mentor new board members when they join the board. We plan for an overlap of at least 6 weeks, so that the new board member can understand his/her new role. 

If you are interested in sharing your talent, while developing yourself professionally, expanding your network of colleagues, or would like to nominate someone else for a board position, please email me, Monica Leggett, Chair of the Nominations and Elections Committee. In your email, please indicate the name, position, and reason for nominating the person for the position (including yourself!).
