- Emotionally prepare for sessions
- Understand how style interacts with emotional intelligence
- Understand the value of knowing your own and your client’s emotional abilities
- Use the Emotion Roadmap to enhance relationships at work, home, and in communities.
- Pre-Work: Important to participant understanding of the field of Emotional Intelligence and the unique role of the ability-based model of EI, participants will be asked in advance of this session to review the chapter Successful Coaches Influence Emotions, Thoughts, and Behaviors which is provided with registration.
