Professional Enrichment Opportunity Starting October 13: Applying Core Competencies to Promote Best Practices
ICF-CT Chapter Members are invited to participate in this program to elevate their coaching to the highest level by gaining a mastery of the ICF core competencies. Facilitated on Zoom by chapter members Naomi Rafalowicz, PCC & Lynda Mettler, ACC, each session will examine two sub-competencies, considering their meaning, purpose and application using real-life coaching challenges. Participants will then divide into smaller groups to consider how the competencies can be applied to their own coaching challenges.
This program is open to all ICF Chapter members, and is IDEAL for coaches seeking an ICF credential (ACC/PCC/MCC).
Participants earn 1.5 CCEUs for each 90-minute meeting.
