In Case You Missed It: Get Physical!
Expand Your Coaching with Somatic Strategies
Judy Garfinkel solidified the mind/body connection as she guided a roomful of coaches through strategies designed to engage clients in physical ways.

At this in-person ICF-CT event on September 29, Judy began with a “check-in” to help the coaches notice their physical state, followed by a progression of somatic activities. Throughout the fast-paced and engaging session, Judy introduced a myriad of techniques and powerful questions that can bring deep relaxation and focused calm into a client session.

“It was really transformative to experience somatic coaching with Judy,” said Lauren Mercaldi, Lauren Mercaldi Coaching, who participated in a demonstration with Judy during the session. “I will definitely incorporate somatic strategies into my coaching practice to help my client’s shift into new perspectives.”

ICF-CT Virtual Chapter Meeting & Program: October 27

QUIET the NOISE!  The Core Competencies: Our Answer for Sales & Marketing Success! presented by Michael Charest

Are you getting bombarded by "gurus" who make sales and marketing sound so simple and easy? No wonder we feel overwhelmed, paralyzed and (think) we hate sales & marketing.
You are a smart coach. In this program, you will not be told to do anything. Rather, we will share the following principles for you to adopt if they make sense for you:
  • Creating and growing a coaching business is not "easy."
  • But it can be “simple.”
  • There are no "musts" in marketing.
  • There's what works, and what works for YOU!
  • Sales & Marketing = Serving

THE ICF CORE COMPETENCIES are our guide! Let's quiet the noise. You don't need social media, fancy funnels, an app, high tech systems, fancy software, or to be selling all the time. Heck, you don't even need "digital marketing."

There is a "system" for growing and maintaining your business. YOUR System! You'll walk away with improved self-awareness and a practical plan to help you grow your business in a manner that is ethical, dignified, and concrete...no empty promises.
