Virtual Program, Wednesday, December 6, 8:30 am | Re-evaluating the Art of Listening with Ebony Smith, MCC | We’re co-hosting our December 6th program with ICF-South Florida chapter: "Re-evaluating the Art of Listening.” Delve into the critical skill of active listening, which is fundamental to effective coaching and communication. Attendees will not only refine their listening skills but also strengthen their proficiency in several ICF Core Competencies, making them effective and impactful coaches with better communication with their clients.

Introducing our chapter's newest way to meet and mingle with other coaches: Local Socials! It's a smaller, more local way to get together with other coaches who live in proximity to you. It's an informal opportunity to:

- Connect with members and nonmembers to talk about all things coaching
- Get questions answered and ask questions about your business, coaching, etc.
- Build new connections
- Support a local business in your area
Our first is at Berkins Blend in Glastonbury, a shop that offers espresso drinks, fine teas, and fresh bakery items. Members purchase their own snacks and beverages.
This Local Social will be facilitated by ICF-CT chapter president Stephanie Tishler.
