| Applying Core Competencies to Promote Best Practices
Practice means progress! The ICF Coaching Competencies are the core of our professional practice. Led by member coaches Naomi Rafalowicz, PCC and Lynda Mettler, ACC, these sessions are a wonderful opportunity to review the core competencies and how they are applied in your real-life coaching scenarios. Each session includes general discussion and small group breakouts.

Robyn Greenspan, ACC (our chapter’s Marketing Co-Chair) recently published her book, Dopamine Hacks: How to Mind Shift and Mood Lift Your Way to Motivation. This experiential workbook blends neuroscience and coaching in a collection of simple, personal activities all intentionally designed to stimulate imagination, foster positive self-reflection, boost confidence and rekindle pleasant memories.
