Despite the gloomy weather, our ICF-CT team has diligently sowed seeds behind the scenes and refined our strategy for great programming and Board expansion as we continue to grow.
About a year ago, the Board ventured into uncharted territory where the absence of a President was going to result in self-governance. Driven by various factors, I stepped into the role, and I am immensely grateful for the experience, along with the connections made along the way.
Serving as Chapter President gifted me a broader perspective that was previously inaccessible to me, and now there is a current opportunity for another member to enrich their coaching life, too. We are searching for a President-Elect interested in leadership, connecting with fellow Coach leaders worldwide, and making a meaningful impact within ICF-CT. If you or someone you know has at least one year of previous ICF Board service, please contact me for a chat!

Our Board members bring unique backgrounds and diverse skill sets to the table, and we are actively seeking to broaden our horizons by welcoming more perspectives and talents.
