March is the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women's Heart Health Month.
In honor of Women's Heart Health month, we will have a special guest at this Coach Café.
For the first 30 minutes, special guest Bethany Pelletier will join us to share everyday wisdom and tips that focus on our heart health.
