Due to planning and venue commitments, all ticket sales are non-refundable.

Yes. Thursday evening – light hors d’oeuvres will be provided during the networking reception. Friday morning a continental breakfast will be available. Lunch will also be provided as well as snacks and refreshments throughout the day.

Yes. The hotel has ample parking available on site, free of charge.

There is a room block set up at Southbury Wyndham. Rooms are available at $115 (plus applicable tax) and will be open until 30 days prior to the conference.
