Chapter Program - Building Bridges: Networking to Support Each Other
Networking isn't just about advancing our own career, it's a powerful tool for lifting up those around us. This interactive session explores how intentional relationship-building can create a culture of mutual support, where colleagues actively champion each other's growth, connect others to opportunities, and build professional communities. Participants will discover practical strategies for making meaningful introductions, understanding their network, and building out their community for greater shared success.

In this workshop, we will cover the following crucial topics:
  • Write an impactful and personally meaningful self-introduction
  • Assess their existing network, identify opportunities to deepen relationships, and craft strategic communication to expand their reach
  • Create a personal action plan for championing colleagues’ work and expertise
Highly interactive with breakout sessions and fun challenges. No preparation needed, just bring yourself!

Chapter Meeting: Celebrating 25 Years of Sharing the Power of Coaching in Connecticut
Join us for a multi-layered luncheon and networking event. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with five different groups of coaches, each time exploring a different topic designed to create connections and celebrate the power of coaching!
