In-Person on Nov. 7: Seasonal Recharge Self-Care to Navigate the Holidays and Beyond
Autumn marks the beginning of what many often call the “holiday season” -- a time to gather with family and friends, to share meals and traditions, and bask in joy and happiness. And yet, the holiday season can also be filled with stress and pressure, making it challenging to enjoy what the season offers.
As a seasonal gift for our members, the ICF-CT chapter is excited to offer our members this day of relaxation and learning! The day will provide opportunities to experience a variety of self-care practices, each selected to help fill your self-care toolkit. This toolkit will benefit you personally and professionally, as you use these practices to make a difference for yourself and those you work with.
