Seasonal Recharge Self-Care to Navigate the Holidays and Beyond--November 7th
Autumn marks the beginning of what many often call the “holiday season” -- a time to gather with family and friends, to share meals and traditions, and bask in joy and happiness. And yet, the holiday season can also be filled with stress and pressure, making it challenging to enjoy what the season offers.
As a seasonal gift for our members, the ICF-CT chapter is excited to offer our members this day of relaxation and learning! The day will provide opportunities to experience a variety of self-care practices, each selected to help fill your self-care toolkit. This toolkit will benefit you personally and professionally, as you use these practices to make a difference for yourself and those you work with.
It's time to give the Gift of Coaching with us!
Once again, ICF-CT is promoting “The Gift of Coaching” initiative - -encouraging our chapter member coaches to offer individual pro-bono coaching sessions to those who need it during the holiday season. We will support participants with turnkey marketing tools that will help you reach potential clients via social media and email, and with marketing support to promote the list of participating coaches.
This is an opportunity to give back to our community, to potentially gain a new client, and promote the benefits of coaching and your own business. Join your fellow ICF-CT coaches in this important endeavor!
Chapter members should have received an email with program details. You can also hear more about The Gift of Coaching from Marketing committee member Bill Morin, career and leadership coach here.
