Keynote speaker announced for our Chapter’s Inaugural Conference: April 30-May 1, 2026

We’re excited to announce our keynote speaker Ranieka Weston and officially open registration for ICF Connecticut’s first-ever two-day conference, “Elevate Your Coaching Journey.” This keynote will anchor our chapter’s “Support to Strengthen” theme—inviting coaches to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what sustains effective coaching while intentionally designing what comes next. Learn more about the conference and Ranieka Weston here.

Set within a milestone gathering for our chapter, the keynote will offer insight, perspective, and grounding support for coaches navigating today’s evolving profession. Registration is now open, and we invite you to join us for this meaningful experience designed to strengthen your practice, your purpose, and our coaching community. Practice your Best Practices with Peers

If you’d like to practice the ICF core competencies, consider joining these facilitated discussions. Participants will consider the meaning, purpose and application of one competency through the lens of real-life coaching scenarios. You’ll then break into smaller groups to consider how the competencies can apply to their own coaching challenges.
