 Who am I?
Hi, I’m Matt Cross and I’m an executive coach who specializes in leadership, management and organizational development. I live in Simsbury with my wife and daughter and I’m thrilled to be a newish member of the ICF-CT chapter.
What do I do?
I work one-on-one with executives and aspiring leaders who want to build highly effective teams and organizations. I also run a number of leadership development programs and workshops for fast growing businesses and successful non-profits. Prior to launching my coaching practice, I led small and large teams in a variety of organizations - including a Fortune 100, an Inc 500, and a federal government agency.
What am I passionate about?
I’m on a mission to help good managers become great leaders and I believe that leadership is our greatest differentiator.
